#Inventory (Parts Inventory)

The Inventory page shows parts on hand and helps you update counts, receive stock, and attribute usage to work.

Inventory is feature-controlled. If you don’t see it, it may not be enabled for your subscription.

#How to get here

1. Open the app menu/drawer
2. Tap Inventory

#What you see on this page

#1) Search

Use the search bar to find items by:

• Part name
• SKU
• Location labels

#2) Filters

Tap Filters to open filtering options such as:

• Low stock
• Serialized
• Reserved
• Location/garage (when available)

Active filters appear as chips under the search bar.

#3) Summary row (when available)

A summary row may show quick totals (for example on-hand count or low-stock counts).

#4) Part cards

Each part card shows:

• Part name and key identifiers
• Current quantity / packaging summary
• Location
• Alerts (like low stock) when applicable

#Primary actions

#Receive stock

Use this when new inventory arrives.

1. Open a part card’s actions
2. Choose Receive stock
3. Enter quantity and optional details (source/notes)
4. Save

#Adjust count

Use this to correct counts (cycle counts, corrections, etc).

1. Open a part card’s actions
2. Choose Adjust count
3. Enter the adjustment quantity and notes
4. Save

#Attribute to task

Use this to link parts usage to a maintenance task.

1. Open a part card’s actions
2. Choose Attribute to task
3. Select the task, quantity, and notes
4. Save

#Tips

• Pull down to refresh inventory.
• If you can’t mutate inventory, you may have view-only permission in the current context.
