The Template Picker helps you choose a template for a maintenance task or inspection. Templates provide structured steps and can speed up recurring workflows.

#How to get here

You’ll usually open the Template Picker from a task creation or task detail flow when selecting a template.

#What you see on this page

#Tabs

  • My Templates: templates you have access to directly
  • Published: shared templates available to your account

#Template cards

Each template card typically shows:

  • Template title
  • Type (Maintenance or Inspection)
  • Rating information (if available)
  • Short description (if provided)

#Refresh

Pull down on a list to refresh templates.

#Primary action: select a template

  1. Find the template you want
  2. Tap the template card
  3. Wait briefly while the template loads
  4. You’ll return to the previous flow with the template selected

#Troubleshooting

  • No templates listed
    • You may not have templates available yet. Some templates are created/managed on the web.
  • Unable to load template
    • Use pull-to-refresh and try again.

  • The workflow and labels on iOS follow this page as written.
  • Controls (pickers, sheets, and permissions dialogs) use native iOS presentation.

#Android

  • The workflow and labels on Android follow this page as written.
  • Controls (pickers, sheets, and permissions dialogs) use native Android presentation.

#Web

  • Template picker behavior is integrated into web schedules/template workflows at /schedules.
  • No standalone template-picker route is currently exposed on web.
  • Use schedule/template actions in-page to select and apply templates.
